The Ops Angels
Terms & Conditions
Effective October 11, 2026
These terms cover your use of youropsangels.com and the programs offered by The Ops Angels, a brand of Ivy Blessing Realty LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or joining a program, you agree to them.
Our programs
The Real Estate Leverage Lab and related classes are education and coaching on business systems, operations and AI tools for real estate professionals. They are not legal, tax or brokerage advice. You are responsible for following your brokerage's policies and the laws that apply to your business.
Payments
Prices, billing terms and any refund terms are shown at checkout or in your enrollment agreement.
Our materials
Class recordings, templates and course materials are for your own business use. Do not resell or publicly share them without our written permission.
SMS terms
Who is texting you. The Ops Angels text messaging program is run by Ivy Blessing Realty LLC, doing business as The Ops Angels. Depending on what you agree to, you may receive customer care texts (responses to your questions and support requests, class and appointment coordination, and follow-up about your inquiry) and, if you separately agree, promotional texts (special offers, discounts, event and class promotions, and program announcements). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Opting out and getting help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (737) 677-3648. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: youropsangels.com/privacy-policy
No guarantees
We share methods that have worked for us and our students. Results depend on your effort, market and business, and we do not guarantee any income or outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date on this page.
