About
About The Ops Angels
The Ops Angels are Shanan Steere, Katie Kosich and Laura Ivy Blessing: three women with decades of real estate, leadership, coaching, operations and systems experience. Together we teach the Real Estate Leverage Lab, a six-month, hands-on class where real estate agents and their assistants build the systems, AI and operations that let the business run without everything running through the agent.
Who we are
The Leadership + Systems Angel
Shanan Steere
Shanan brings nearly three decades of real estate, leadership and coaching experience, along with a background in Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and surgical sales. Her strength is helping agents combine strong communication, negotiation, leadership and repeatable systems to create a more sustainable business.
The Coaching + Performance Angel
Katie Kosich
Katie brings more than two decades of real estate training, coaching, sales and leadership experience. Her background includes Keller Williams BOLD/MAPS, The Mike Ferry Organization and mortgage leadership. She focuses on the habits, conversations and accountability that turn systems into action.
The AI + Operations Angel
Laura Ivy Blessing
Laura combines real-world real estate operations with systems thinking, AI and automation. Her focus is turning what's living in your head into processes, tools and workflows that help the business run with greater consistency, without losing the human relationships that make real estate work.
What we believe
AI is part of the team. It isn't the whole team. We use AI where it creates leverage: documentation, organization, repeatable workflows, analysis, drafting and finding answers. Systems protect consistency. People still lead, build relationships, keep each other accountable and make the important decisions.
The goal isn't to get more done yourself. The goal is a business where everything doesn't require you.
