Every week you build one piece on your own business, not a sample one. By the end you have systems that run without everything going through the agent, and an operations manual you own.
The systems aren't new. They've been built, tested and refined on a working real estate team since 2004. What's new is that AI now captures the meeting, drafts the procedure and prepares the report, so the time you used to spend on forms goes into running the business.

Questions
Is this an AI course?
No. It's a course on running your real estate business with systems your whole team can use. AI is the tool that helps you build and run them. Your business is the point.
Will AI replace my assistant?
Not in this course. The assistant builds and runs the systems, and AI takes on repetitive work like daily recaps, reports and reminders. That makes a good assistant harder to replace, not easier.
I don't have an assistant. Is this for me?
Yes. Solo agents build the same systems, with AI covering much of what an assistant would do. When you do hire, your new person starts with a written operations manual instead of everything in your head.
My team already uses Slack, Asana or another tool. Do we have to switch?
No. Keep the tools you already use. The course shows you how to bring the decisions, tasks and procedures from those tools into one place your whole team can find them.
Who owns what we build?
You do. The agent owns the team brain and the operations manual. The assistant builds them and runs them day to day.
What do I need before the first session?
A computer and about three hours the week before class. Week 0, Get Set Up, walks you through installing Claude, setting up your folders, connecting your tools and setting up your private Chief of Staff.
